Main Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver lessons to young learners.

2. Plan and develop curriculum materials.

3. Monitor student progress and maintain a portfolio for each student.

4. Maintain good parent-teacher relationship and keep parents well-informed about their child's progress.

5. Attend all curriculum meetings and lesson preparation meetings.

6. Conduct demonstration classes to potential students.

7. Cover classes for absent colleagues.

8. Other teaching-related responsibilities, including but not limited to presentations, attending marketing events, and supporting curriculum development.
